Cycling

John Garey Fitness & Pilates is the only studio in the area certified as an official Cycling program facility. Using state-of-the-art Spinner® Blade ION Indoor Cycles, our Cycling-certified instructors will guide you through targeted workouts with motivation and music! Spinner Blade ION bikes measure power output, distance, speed, time, and heart rate and work with either regular training shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips. Pilates, Barre & Stretch
