Project John: Day 2

Well…Day 2 happened – and it was great!!!  I had a really productive day, got 3 great workouts in:

  • Advance Mat and Reformer (1 hour)  – morning
  • Beach Run (45 minutes) – mid-day
  • Lower Body and Core High Intensity workout (30 minutes) – early evening

And because of that I had a calorie deficit of about 650.  I had a clean day of eating really healthy foods.

    I would like to follow you on myfitnesspal, I did the last JG8 and had great results and loved it so I am still tracking. Now along with classes I will do some personal training.
