Well…Day 2 happened – and it was great!!! I had a really productive day, got 3 great workouts in:
- Advance Mat and Reformer (1 hour) – morning
- Beach Run (45 minutes) – mid-day
- Lower Body and Core High Intensity workout (30 minutes) – early evening
And because of that I had a calorie deficit of about 650. I had a clean day of eating really healthy foods.
